The oil

The oil is obtained from the cold grinding and pressing of the olives preserving every one of the natural properties of the fruit. The result is a natural oil, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “El Quinto de Don Pedro“

It is an extra green virgin olive oil with a soft and long spiciness, bitter and sweet in the mouth. Slightly astringent. To the nose, aroma to green leaf, fruits and green vegetables like green banana and artichokes with hints of almond in the background; to the mouth, subtle nuances of almond, tomato, green banana and berries. The result is a balanced oil with lots of body and a yellowish green color.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Primus del Quinto” from "Early Olives".

This oil comes from an early harvest of the oil. It gives a clean, fruity aroma to fresh olive, leaves and fresh cut grass and a slight bitter almond flavor and peppery finish, intense green tones with some golden notes.
